Failed and stuck renewals, missing schedules and payment provider problems on one screen, with safe fixes and a log of every fix.
Every Stackless module, on the screen you'll use.
This is the Stackless Dashboard from WordPress with all 58 modules for WooCommerce. Each one has its own switch, and a module you leave off loads no code. Click any module to see what it does, what you can set and where its docs are.
Stackless

Subscriptions
Recurring billing on simple and variable products: trials, signup fees, fixed terms, mixed carts, automatic or invoiced renewals, dunning, plan switching and a customer portal.
Move subscriptions from WooCommerce Subscriptions with their dates, orders and saved Stripe and PayPal payment methods. Scan first, then import after switching it off.
Payments
Creem as a merchant of record for software and digital products: hosted checkout with sales tax and VAT handled for you, one-time orders in US dollars or euros, and single-product subscriptions with free trials that Creem renews. Payments, renewals, failed renewals, refunds and cancellations sync both ways through signed webhooks, which are set up for you.
Dodo Payments as a merchant of record: hosted checkout with sales tax, VAT and GST handled for you, cards, UPI, wallets and local methods, one-time orders in any currency Dodo supports, pay links, and single-product subscriptions with free trials that Dodo renews. Payments, renewals, refunds and cancellations sync both ways through signed webhooks.
Flutterwave for stores selling across Africa and beyond: cards, bank transfer, mobile money and USSD on Flutterwave’s hosted checkout, in naira, cedis, shillings, rand, CFA francs, dollars, euros and pounds. Each payment is verified with Flutterwave before the order is marked paid, refunds go back through Flutterwave, and webhooks bring in payments and refunds made in Flutterwave.
Mercado Pago Checkout Pro for stores in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay: cards, Pix, boleto, OXXO, Mercado Pago balance and local methods, in the account’s own currency. Each payment is read back from Mercado Pago before the order is marked paid, cash and bank payments hold the order until they clear, refunds go back through Mercado Pago, and signed webhooks bring in refunds and chargebacks.
Take cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, Apple Pay and every other method switched on in Mollie on Mollie’s hosted checkout, save cards, PayPal and SEPA Direct Debit mandates, and renew subscriptions automatically. Refunds and payment updates sync from Mollie.
Paddle Billing as a merchant of record: an overlay checkout with sales tax and VAT handled for you, one-time orders, pay links, and subscriptions (with signup fees, free trials and one-time items in the same cart) that Paddle renews. Payments, renewals, refunds and cancellations sync both ways through signed webhooks.
Duplicate the Polar, Paddle and Dodo Payments gateways to take payments with a second account, each copy with its own keys, webhook URL, badge and orders. Marks every gateway Stackless adds with a Stackless label in WooCommerce’s payment settings and order screens.
PayPal Smart Buttons and Pay Later on the block and classic checkout, with optional card fields, Fastlane, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Refunds, and saved PayPal accounts and cards that renew subscriptions automatically. Uses PayPal’s REST APIs directly.
Paystack for stores in Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Kenya and Côte d’Ivoire: cards, bank transfer, USSD, mobile money and Apple Pay on Paystack’s hosted checkout. Each payment is verified with Paystack before the order is marked paid, refunds go back through Paystack, and signed webhooks bring in refunds and disputes made in the Paystack dashboard.
Polar as a merchant of record: hosted checkout with sales tax and VAT handled for you, one-time orders, pay links, and single-product subscriptions with free trials that Polar renews. Payments, renewals, refunds and cancellations sync both ways through signed webhooks.
Take UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets with Razorpay Checkout, and renew subscriptions automatically through card e-mandates, UPI Autopay and eNACH. Renewal debits start early to cover the bank’s pre-debit notice, and settle, refund and sync through Razorpay’s signed webhook.
Take cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay with Square’s Web Payments SDK on classic and block checkout, save cards on file, and renew subscriptions automatically. Charges in your Square location’s currency; refunds and card updates sync through a signed webhook created for you.
Take cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and local payment methods with Stripe, save cards, and renew subscriptions automatically. Includes Stripe Managed Payments, with Stripe as merchant of record for digital products.
Checkout
Five ready-made checkout layouts with your colours, previewed and switched on without an editor. Works with the Checkout block and the classic checkout.
Consent checkboxes with stored proof, a shorter checkout for free and digital orders, a "Get it for free" button, your own checkout wording, and a trust block under the payment methods.
Emails shoppers who leave checkout, with a signed link that refills their cart, an optional coupon and recovered revenue reports.
Small fixes with their own switches: email alerts for failed live payments, payment methods and an after-purchase link per product, ?coupon= links that stick, internal test emails that skip accounts and integrations, a checkout guard against throwaway emails and card testing, and no empty payment section when the only method is a hosted checkout.
Buy buttons and checkout links open the checkout in a modal on the same page, with optional payment method classes. Needs On-page Checkout.
Plan cards and your checkout on any page with a block or shortcode, so buyers pay without leaving it. Each plan gets its own cart, so the store cart is left alone.
A VAT number field on both checkouts, checked with VIES, with the EU reverse charge for valid business buyers and the proof saved on the order.
Sales & invoices
Shareable links that fill the cart and open checkout, with coupons, multiple products and tamper-proof signatures, plus an optional Buy now button.
Customers and partners earn a commission on every paid order that uses their coupon. Personal codes from My Account or any coupon you assign, a refund hold, automatic reversal on refunds and cancellations, and manual payouts with CSV export.
Invoice customers for products or custom items with a branded, printable invoice and a secure pay link. Numbered invoices, recurring billing, deposits with automatic balance invoices, and due-date reminders.
Sell gift cards that email a code, keep store credit per customer with a full ledger, redeem partial balances at checkout and refund to store credit.
One-click add-on offers at checkout, shown by cart rules, priced on the server, with take rates per bump.
Let buyers choose what to pay for a product, with a minimum, a suggested amount, quick amounts and an optional maximum. Works on product pages, block and classic cart and checkout, and buy links.
A one-click offer on the thank-you page, charged to the card saved with the order, or a payment link when there is none.
Let customers ask for a quote from any page or product. Reply with a proposal they accept online; accepting issues the invoice and takes them to payment.
Currency
Choose which payment gateways handle each currency and which one is shown first. Unsupported gateways are removed at checkout and rejected on the server.
One settlement currency per cart and order. Exact per-product and per-variation currency prices, manual or Frankfurter exchange rates, markup, rounding and missing-price rules.
Let shoppers pick their currency with a shortcode, a block, or a selector above checkout payment methods. Switching reprices the cart on the server.
Access & licensing
Unlock chosen pages for customers who buy a product. Published pages show an access notice; private pages stay hidden from everyone except buyers. Subscriptions keep access while active.
Sell plugins and themes with license keys, site activation limits, a license API and automatic updates from your store.
Catalog
Rename the add to cart button per product type, for free, subscription and sold-out products, and per product or variation.
Control rel and target on External/Affiliate product links, hide their prices, count outbound clicks, and make sure they can never be added to the cart.
Show custom text such as "Free" instead of a zero price on product pages, shop grids, the cart and checkout.
A Google Merchant Center feed for free listings and Shopping ads, rebuilt when products change, with every product it leaves out and why.
Hide prices and buying from guests, store-wide, by category or per product, with a login link in place of the price.
Set minimum, maximum and step quantities store-wide, per product and per variation. Enforced on the classic cart and the Cart/Checkout blocks.
Add a specifications table to products with presets for physical goods, downloads, books, software and services. Values fill in from WooCommerce data and feed product schema.
Show an "X sold" badge on products once they pass a sales threshold. Uses WooCommerce's own sales counter.
Show "Only 3 left" style labels when stock runs low, with separate low and very-low thresholds and messages.
Role prices and quantity breaks per product, variation, category or store-wide, priced on the server and shown as a tier table.
Store tools
A "Notify me" form on out-of-stock products and variations, confirmed by email, with one availability email when stock returns.
Customers pick a delivery or pickup time at checkout. Weekly time windows with capacity per slot, lead time, closed dates and per-shipping-method availability.
Product add-ons (checkbox, dropdown, text, number) with per-item or one-off prices, and collapsible checkout fields with optional fees. Works on block and classic checkout.
Customers save their cart under a name, restore it later, and reorder from any past order. Adds a Saved carts tab to My Account.
Mark products as services: no shipping, plus after-payment instructions and an optional booking or intake link on the thank-you page, emails and the customer account.
Guest and account wishlists that merge on sign-in, with buttons on product pages and shop grids, a wishlist page, a My Account tab, share links and move to cart.
Load WooCommerce scripts and styles only where they are used, stop cart and checkout prefetching, defer store scripts and keep sessions and logs lean.
Admin
Let AI agents such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor run your store through the free Site Agent plugin: sales reports, orders, invoices, quotes, subscriptions, licenses, stock alerts, product details and page access. Agents work as a WordPress user you choose and ask you before anything reaches a customer.
Connects Stackless to FluentCRM: automation triggers for subscriptions, renewals, licenses, invoices and quotes; tags and lists that follow subscription status; smart codes for emails; and subscriptions and licenses on each contact's profile.
Activate your Stackless for WooCommerce license to receive automatic updates from gauravtiwari.org. The plugin works fully without it.
Connect Stackless to Zapier, Make, n8n or your own code. Adds subscription and license events to WooCommerce webhooks, and a subscriptions REST API that works with WooCommerce REST API keys.
Give the WooCommerce admin a clean, modern look: orders, products, coupons, settings and reports in the same Tabler design as Stackless. Nothing changes on your storefront.
No modules match your search. Ask product support whether Stackless covers it.
A preview of the real screen: switches here don't save anything. The 35 modules switched on are the ones running in the demo store.
One license, every module.
Both licenses include all 58 modules on unlimited sites. Start with the module that replaces the most plugins in your store, and switch on the rest when you need them. Selling with Easy Digital Downloads instead? Stackless for EDD has its own set.
